Everyone is scrambling to reopen, restart, return to work. You’ll get that done. But, where will you be at the end of this year or a year from now?
Answer: no one knows.
However, you can act now to be ready to face whatever tomorrow brings.
Work has changed. Have you thought recently about how you do what you do? Many teams today are so busy trying just to do, they don't have time to think about how they are doing. They are dominated by personalities, or roles and team members all just try to play their part. In today's world that will no longer suffice.
The Results-based Conversations (RbC) Method was developed by me over twenty years ago and has been used to design and facilitate collaborative sessions for large groups in both business and ministry.
Now, I've brought that same power to the team with the virtual three part WORK DIFFERENT WORKSHOP
In this virtual workshop consists of a 90 minute introduction and two three hour work sessions. In them you will learn how to apply this proven method to:
This workshop is customized for your organization and adds immediate value as the learning is done by working on issues and challenges you and your team are currently facing.
"For me the kind of dialogue this workshop creates for a team is the future of work." -Workshop attendee
Take control of your future and let us help you and your team not just adapt, but succeed in the "new normal."
You can't separate the individual from the organization.
As a coach, I help leaders "work out their confusion out loud" and enable them to bring their personal strengths to create success.
The proper balance begins with developing a Resilient Team. Super resilient individuals don't necessarily make up a resilient team. In fact they may hurt the overall effort. Team and individual coaching help people work together in a way that creates more power than individual effort can achieve.
You can't separate the individual from the organization.
I don't see my consulting as just sharing expertise, or gathering information. To me, consulting is about helping organizations put together adaptive plans to fulfill the aspirations of the team. They must be customized to your specific mission, context and capabilities, and everyone on your team must "own" the plan.
The idea of working with an outside group is not to just gain additional knowledge or expertise. Its to improve you organization. One way to do that is to equip your organization with the same tools and methods I use. That way, after my engagement has ended, you can still create improved results.
As such, all of my workshops and training are custom designed to fit your specific needs.
Workshops are typically a series of virtual sessions. Each session includes video training and interactive Zoom sessions for application. General workshop topics include:
In addition, I have trained over 100 facilitators to use my RbC (Results-based Conversations) method to design an conduct collaborative work with larger groups. You can find out more about the RbC Facilitator Training by clicking on the video link to the right.

For over twenty years I have designed and led sessions for organizations dealing with their most critical issues. People support what they help create. These designed work sessions increase ownership, accelerate results and reduce risk.
Often to support change, organizations will create a series with multiple collaborative sessions sometimes called a "learning community." Examples of both single multiple session engagements include:
These sessions are based on the Results-based Conversation (RbC) method of working. Since RbC is a principle based style of collaboration, it has been adapted for use in over 25 countries, across all industries and in both the for-profit and non-profit space.
These sessions are custom designed to fit the specific needs of an organization. To find out if such a session would be a fit for you please contact me below.
